City kids outshine at the 47th - 37th Sub-Junior Gujarat State Aquatic Championship 2021

Gujarat state sub-junior and junior Aquatic Championship was held at Savvy Swaraj Sports Club, Gota, Ahmedabad on 18th & 19th September 2021.

In this Championship, there were five group category I to V .... of age group 9 to 17 and participants were from all districts like Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Baroda, Kutchh, Navsari, Kheda and nearby ... over 300 swimmers participated in this event.

 AIMS Swimming Academy  swimmers shined in this championship ... They were  mentored and coached by Mr. Amit Patel and Chintan Patel.

The winners are as under:

1.      Venika Parikh – U-14 years girls category won 6 Gold medals, with 2 new records in 50 and 100 mt Breast Stroke and became Group Champion in her U-14 years girls category.

2.      Prisha Desai – Won 3 Gold, 1 silver and 1 Bronze medal in her age group U-11 years and became Group Champion.

3.      Niva Sharma – Won 5 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal U-17 year age group.

4.      Bhavya Bodha – Won 5 Gold medals & 1 Silver medal in his U-17 year age group.

5.      Noya Patel – Won 4 Gold & 1 Silver medal in her U-10 year age group.

6.      Aryan Damani – Won 2 Gold & 1 Bronze medal in his U-11 year age group.

7.      Darsh Patel – Won 2 Gold medals in his U-14 year age group.

8.      Ishan Shah – Won 1 Gold & 4 Silver medals in his U-11 year age group.

9.   Krisha Trivedi – Won 1 Gold & 2 Bronze medals in her U-17 year age group.

10.  Dhriti Patel – Won 1 Gold & 1 Bronze medal in her U-14 year age group. 

11.  Veeva Shah – Won 3 Silver & 1 Bronze medal in her U-10 year age group.

12.  Shanaya Raval – Won 2 Bronze medals in her U-11 year age group.

13.  Devanshi Doshi – Won 1 Bronze medal in her U-14 year age group.

14.  Zahaan Shodhan – Won 1 Bronze medal in his U-10 year age group.

15.  Priyam Brahmkshatriya – Won 1 Bronze medal in his U-17 year age group.

16.  Aarna Shah – Won 1 Silver medal in U-9 year age group.
