Madrid's nightlife returns with the LaLiga Ambassadors Live Night


 

LaLiga celebrates the eighth season of its renowned Ambassadors programme with a special show

 

Gary Lineker joins the team of LaLiga Ambassadors for the 2021/22 season

 

National and international sponsors representing LaLiga around the world also featured in the event


 LaLiga has unveiled the new additions to its Ambassadors programme with a special event in Madrid, the Ambassadors Live Night. LaLiga has this season bolstered its squad of Ambassadors with the arrival of a globally known star: former FC Barcelona striker, Gary Lineker, who currently commentates on LaLiga games for the United Kingdom, South Africa and through LaLiga TV. Lineker joins an Ambassadors project now entering its eighth season.

 

LaLiga President Javier Tebas; Director of Institutional Relations and the LaLiga Ambassadors programme Fernando Sanz; and LaLiga Executive Director Oscar Mayo all welcomed the new Ambassador and reiterated the importance of the relationship with sponsors that represent LaLiga and its competitions around the world.

Captained by Fernando Sanz, Gary Lineker has joined the other 30 LaLiga Ambassadors for this 2021/22 season: Gaizka Mendieta, Fernando Morientes, Ismael Urzaiz, David Albelda, Cesar Sanchez, Carles Puyol, Frederic Kanoute, Christian Karembeu, Milinko Pantic, Robert Pires, Diego Forlan, Steve McManaman, Marcos Senna, Vero Boquete, Xavi Hernandez, Luis Garcia, Carlos Valderrama (El Pibe), Julio Baptista, Aintzane Encinas, Samuel Eto’o, Patrick Kluivert, Xabier Prieto, Fernando Redondo, Fernando Hierro, Jose Maria Gutierrez (Guti), Denilson, Anair Lomba, Aritz Aduriz, Paulo Futre, and Javier Mascherano.

 

They will all work hand in hand with LaLiga to bolster its internationalisation, promote its values around the globe, share their experiences as former professional players, and contribute knowledge in other strategic markets, as well as adding incalculable value to the LaLiga brand.

City kids outshine at the 47th - 37th Sub-Junior Gujarat State Aquatic Championship 2021

Gujarat state sub-junior and junior Aquatic Championship was held at Savvy Swaraj Sports Club, Gota, Ahmedabad on 18th & 19th September 2021. In this Championship, there were five group category I to V .... of age group 9 to 17 and participants were from all districts like Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Baroda, Kutchh, Navsari, Kheda and nearby ... over 300 swimmers participated in this event.  AIMS Swimming Academy  swimmers shined in this championship ... They were  mentored and coached by Mr. Amit Patel and Chintan Patel.
